When Liza and Natasha started writing Frost Giant Loki, we were a little nervous. We wanted to give you a book you’d love as much or even more than our previous version of Loki in Magician, and we wanted to launch an entirely new world story. Instead of Heroes and Villains, we wanted to give you Gods and Monsters.
So, we worked and worked to develop not just one story but a universe of stories. And we launched with our fave god and monster (he is a bit of both, no?), and…
You. Showed. Up.
Thank you so much for all the amazing reviews you’ve given us! Natasha heads up our TikTok and Liza is doing Instagram, and we constantly are texting the other with screenshots of comments, pictures, and videos you make, absolutely over the moon with your excitement!
This fantastic review was the first time we saw a review without looking for it—it just popped up on our feed, and we started screaming at how awesome it was! And this review, no lie, made Liza tear up with how sincere and wonderful it was. We wanted to make this book as a gift to you all, and we’re so appreciative of all the wonderful reviews you’ve left on social media and the dozens—nearing our first hundred already!—reviews on Amazon!
Sometimes on social media, it can be easy to forget the people behind the screen. But we are real people who are really grateful to all of you. Thank you.
